When a warrior has finally gotten to their fifteen training they are free to
wander into the warrior's guild and to get invited into the guild by a Master. To me, this
is a great honor which no other profession can understand just yet (unfortunately this is
the only professional guild thus far). Most people, however, neglect the fact that waiting
is the most noble part of this process. If you do not wait and join at your first
training, for example, you do not understand why people are so proud to be there because
it was so simple to you and you did not have to live up to the training specifications.
When you are invited at a young age, it is the responsibility of the guild master who invited you to tell you that you are not yet ready for this guild and you need the proper training to be able to train in the guild the right way. Yes, it is true that some people do fine at a younger training but technically you do not yet belong there. No, I am not biased against you if you did get invited when you were young. It is not your fault that the Guild Master who invited you was careless or neglected to tell you how difficult the path would be.
In some cases of the Master inviting you in early they ask you to do something to prove your "worthiness." This may include finding a certain number of nobles that can say you are a strong warrior who can handle the responsibilities of the guild or a test to see how strong of a warrior you are. Some of the tasks are not easy for a young warrior and may prove that you need to wait until you are more experienced.
It is extremely rare if you get invited below the fifteen trainings "required" (yes, I'm saying this very lightly). Most Masters do not want to take responsibility for your actions, which they do if you use the skills in the wrong fashion. Wrong fashion includes but is definitely not limited to: treating administrators and teachers with a lack of respect such as spitting on them, disarming a person you encounter to take their weapon, tackling another person in order to kill or against their will, berserking a fellow Elanthian, war crying a "harmful" cry at another person for reasons other than defense, etc...
Another thing that is frowned upon is asking for admittance into the guild through the amulet. This is disrespectful to a lot of people who worked for their place in the guild. When asking on the amulet you are almost directly saying to the members of this guild that you have no desire to work hard for a place. Sometimes this may not be true, but it is a lazy attempt to get attention. If you really want to get in the guild early, perhaps you should try waiting outside the guild for someone to come to you. True, it may take awhile for anyone to acknowledge you are there and you may not even get invited, but you are not telling everyone in Elanthia you are too impatient to wait.
The warrior's guild should be an honor to everyone who gets invited in. It's not a place where you flip your weapons and do "worthless" tasks, but rather it is a place to show you have many skills and where you meet many friends. Other professions may disagree with this because they do not yet know the feeling of finally being accepted after many hard earned trainings. They may say that it is not special because any John or Jane Doe warrior can join. This is definitely not true. It's a very special place filled with many competent people and it is a great honor because only warriors can join; and most of the time some of those warriors will not be invited, so not just any warrior can join.
On a side note, I fit into the "overly eager to join early" category, and I regret not waiting my second time around to turn my fifteen training before entering. No, I was not invited entirely too early. I waited for my fourteenth training and got invited just hours before my fifteenth by a very lucky chance and a very generous Guild Master whom I will not mention. I hope that any warrior who plans on joining this fine guild will consider it as great as I and will try to wait for the suggested training before entering. I bid you happy travels and hope to see more new and friendly faces traveling the guild halls.

I have been in the lands for quite a while and have come across many wonderful and rare items. I have seen weapons of tremendous strength, shields that are so large its owner cannot be seen when behind it, and clothing so elegant that you'd think it was made for royalty. Over a span of time I, Morzathis KnightHorse, will introduce you to some of the greatest treasures in the lands. And now, I present to you one of the finest weapons in the lands.
Many people in the lands have heard of the great legend, Lord Jesh. He is a legendary rogue with hands that can find their way into the smallest of openings. Many say that he is cruel but that is nae true from what I have seen. He seems a nice fellow and also owns the item which I will present to you. He has a blade of tremendous value and strength, an Onyx Hilted Twisted Black Blade. When this blade is shown to a person, that person will see a light green aura which pulsates. This blade is not only a beauty but is also quite powerful. This weapon is great for it represents the power of its swinger. Lord Jesh has informed me that the enchantment of the blade is two times the wielder's years of training. For instance, if a person who has trained for 20 years wields this weapon the enchantment on the blade would be the equivalent of eight enchants from a powerful wizard. Lord Jesh also mentioned an odd thing about the blade. The blade does not maintain a steady enchantment but changes very often. The blade can harness the power of twelve enchants for one swing and than can very easily harness the power of four enchants the next swing.
Many people will probably wonder where this item was found. From the mouth of Lord Jesh, the weapon was a merchant item which was purchased by Lord Cerul at the sum of eight hundred thousand silvers. Than it was sold to Lord Jesh at the sum of five hundred thousands silvers. I recommend that people do not bother him to sell his blade for he treasures it and is now worth much more than it was worth in the past.
I hope you, the people of Elanthia, enjoyed this tale of a great weapon. I will bring you more tales of rare and special items in time.
Note: If you think you possess an item of extraordinary power or value, then kindly share the facts of your item with Lord Morzathis. He'd love to make your item famous as well.
